Arjun Saini, a senior at Northville High School in Michigan, has dedicated himself to community service and leadership, inspired by his mother’s work as a physician during the COVID-19 pandemic. Starting in 7th grade, he channeled his creativity—earning first place in a global Minecraft competition sponsored by the FAA—into impactful service, founding the Northville Novi Mask Initiative to distribute over 15,000 KN95 masks in collaboration with area schools. Now 17, Arjun is the youngest board member in several nonprofits, furthering his community impact through his high school club, SPARK, recognition as Best Delegate at YMCA Youth in Government, and video work for the Abhi Shah Foundation. These experiences led him to establish MPower All in 2022, a nonprofit mobilizing 2,500 volunteers across 30 projects, including a youth-led health fair for 500+ people and a clothing drive collecting 17,000 pounds of donations for shelters and refugee camps. With his sister Ria, he launched the MPower to Lead program, fostering youth leadership and bridging generations through digital empowerment initiatives for seniors. Through MPower All, Arjun aims to inspire the next generation of leaders and foster a connected, empowered community.

Ria Saini – I am a youth co-founder of MPower All and a sophomore at Northville High School in Northville, Michigan. I have a strong passion for gymnastics and volleyball, and I am excited to help build a close-knit, motivated team at MPower All alongside my friends while learning from my seniors and exploring my interests in business and law. This organization is especially meaningful to me because it is the first to offer leadership and board-level opportunities at such a young age. My hope is that MPower All continues to grow and make an even greater positive impact in our community.
